The Digital Tiger study was developed to promote Ukraine as an IT nation and help Ukrainian companies realize their potential in international markets. This unique project explored the presence of Ukrainian IT companies in key foreign markets, including the U.S., U.K., Israel, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, and Europe as a whole. By surveying 150 Ukrainian IT companies and engaging 25 industry experts, the study provided a comprehensive analysis of clients, future plans, and engagement within the global IT ecosystem. The study aimed to showcase Ukraine’s IT sector’s potential, highlight its experience in key markets, and build confidence in the reliability of Ukrainian companies.
The strategy combined Top Lead’s expertise in data analysis, structuring, and visualization with insights from Ukrainian ministries, independent experts, and the IT Ukraine Association’s connections with IT companies, industry media, and international organizations. This collaborative approach ensured the study’s credibility and effectiveness. The name Digital Tiger and its visual style strategically positioned Ukraine as an IT nation, inspired by the "Asian Tigers" concept. The study was distributed to target audiences, including media, IT service clients, industry associations, and policymakers in other countries, to maximize its impact.
By delivering a detailed exploration of Ukraine’s IT sector and its presence in global markets, the Digital Tiger study reinforced Ukraine’s reputation as a reliable and innovative IT hub, fostering international confidence and opening new opportunities for Ukrainian companies.
